Record your Career Choice Using PowerPoint

Step 1  Open your presentation and check the slide transition settings and then check

Step 2  Select the Slide Show tab, Select the Record Slide Show. Select From the Beggining

Step 2 Record for 7 - 10 minutes

Step 3  You need to save and export your recording to create the video file. Go to File, Export and choose Video or MP4 as your format. Note, it may take a few minutes to create your video.

Step 4 Upload your video file direct to google classroom as an attachment. When completed, mark the assignment as Turned in.

Update your budget to show if you are meeting the goals of the 50/30/20 plan. Add totals spent on needs. Is it greater or less than 50%? Do the same for each. You should set this up as a formua in your sheets so as you make more money you can adust this.

Google Sheets Tips::

Adding, subtracting, multipication, or division:
= Cell name + Cell name
= cell name * cell name
= cell name / cell name
= cell name - cell name

All formulas begin with an equal sign and no spaces between.
Example: =A12+A13

Adding Several Fields at once::
-enter equal sign followed by Sum, followed by a parenthesis, first cell name, followed by a colon, then last cell name followed by a parenthesis. See example: This will add all up for you.

=sum(A12:A20)
